We did not imagine the problem in a meeting room. We lived it on the front line.
The allymatic story began in frontline TikTok commerce.
In 2022, we entered TikTok commerce and became a TikTok Shop Golden Cross-Border Creator Agency (MCN). In 2023, we became a leading merchant in the US home-appliance category. We experienced rapid growth and operated almost every critical step ourselves.

Along the way, one truth became impossible to ignore: global TikTok commerce depends heavily on creator marketing, yet the work supporting those partnerships often remains painfully manual.
Creator BD teams spent hours finding and contacting creators, updating spreadsheets, preparing daily and weekly reports, and repeatedly chasing samples, content, and fulfillment. Time that should have gone into trust, deeper partnerships, and better content disappeared into fragmented, repetitive work.

We kept asking ourselves: should human time really be spent on work that automation can complete?
When we could not find the right answer, we built it ourselves
A BD professional's greatest value has never been sending more messages mechanically or maintaining more spreadsheets.
Their irreplaceable value lies in understanding creators, nurturing relationships, and recognizing opportunities; in making better content together; and in improving scripts and briefs so one contact can become a lasting partnership and one partnership can create real growth.
Repetitive work should belong to automation. Human time should remain available for judgment, creativity, and relationships.
We explored products across the market, but could not find a solution built around the realities of TikTok creator marketing and the needs of frontline teams.
So we decided to build it ourselves.
Our own pain turned out to be an industry-wide need
At first, we only wanted to solve the problems our own team faced every day. As the product developed, we kept speaking with platforms and leading merchants—and heard the same concerns again and again.
This was not just our inefficiency. TikTok merchants, brands, and creator marketing teams everywhere needed a more efficient and controllable way to connect with creators, move partnerships forward, track delivery, retain data, and improve performance.
That was when we understood that we were not merely building an internal productivity tool. We were building a product that could solve a real industry problem.
We left proven success behind to pursue work that mattered more
We made a difficult but unwavering decision: close the merchant business that had already succeeded, build a dedicated product and engineering team, and invest our experience, insight, and resources in allymatic.
Because we had lived the problem, we understood the anxiety behind every inefficiency. Because we had solved it in practice, we knew what kind of product could become part of a team's daily work rather than remain a polished feature list.
Give time back to the work that truly matters
That is why allymatic exists.
We want automation to carry the repetitive work in discovery, outreach, follow-up, recordkeeping, and coordination—so BD teams can return to creator relationships, content teams can focus on scripts and briefs, and leaders can see the real process and results.

Technology should not make people busier. It should release them from inefficiency. It should not replace human connection, but give every connection more time, warmth, and value.
This is why we founded allymatic: let automation handle repetition, and let people create irreplaceable value.
